Stairs to first floor with Stannah stairlift (can be used on request). First floor: one double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and private balcony; one bedroom with sofabed (small double); one bathroom with bath and shower (wc, bidet, sink); one bedroom with two single beds and private balcony.
Second floor: large room with double sofabed, sitting area with desk and armchairs, bathroom with shower (wc, bidet, sink). Possibility to add an additional single folding bed upon request.

The nearest bus stop (lines 505, 507, 515, 551, N551) is about a 5-minute walk, and the Anagnina metro station (Line A) is a 5-minute bus journey away, offering direct access to the city center. Ciampino train station (FL4 and FL6 lines) is approximately 15 minutes away by bus (line 515), with direct connections to Rome Termini and the Castelli Romani area.
