Make the most out of the oven and hob to cook up a treat to plate up at the dining table, which sits four to one side, perfect for shared meals and conversation.
Stepping outside, the enclosed rear garden patio unfolds into countryside views.
The upper-level patio is furnished for outdoor dining, making it a fine spot for simply taking in the setting with a book in hand or washing down your dinner with your favourite drink.

40 Water Lane, a cottage over three floors, consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and original beams, and a living/dining room with gas stove, dining seating for four, TV, sofa, and armchair. The bedrooms consist of 1 x second-floor double, 1 x family room (with a double and single). There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear stepped garden with patio and furniture, beautiful countryside views, and off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Visit 40 Water Lane for your next adventure. Note: Garden has direct access to public footpath into the woods. Note: Stone and narrow steps in the garden, please take care.
