These lodges are always very clean, unfortunately this visit was spoiled by the smell of dog, especially on the sofa. I know it is a pet lodge, but I have stayed in several of the pet lodges, even though I don't have a pet myself, and never had the smell of dog before.We also had a small invasion of ants in the bathroom, which we managed to control with some ant spray that was provided.

We had a lovely break . The cabin was well equipped and very clean . The surroundings were lovely , ducks wanting feeding whilst we were relaxing in the hot tub . The staff where very good led by Gerry . 🤓

We were so impressed with what the lodge offered for the price we paid. We stayed 4 Nights and lodge catered fir all our needs stunning stand alone bath , luxury large shower , Bed very comfortable and Hot tub was amazing.
