Your accommodation is part of Bayview Village, an exclusive club only for Bayview residents and their guests. The modern and elegant yet welcoming decorations of this private house will make you feel good from the beginning.
It can accommodate up to 8 people in 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with twin beds, each with an ensuite bathroom, and a separate room with sofa bed and a bathroom just outside the bedroom. The house is fully equipped with an open living area, a dining table, a seating area and an island kitchen.
The kitchen includes all modern appliances and equipment necessary to prepare a feast.
The living room opens onto a closed garden with a dining table and a barbecue overlooking the swimming pool. This townhouse is located in Bayview Village, a recent addition to the exclusive and unique 5* BoaVista Golf Resort.
The complex has a large swimming pool, a lounge area, a children's pool, an 18-hole golf course, two restaurants, tennis courts, a playground, an archery training area, and a Health & Fitness spa with another heated pool, a jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, massage therapist, beauty care and a well-equipped gym, all surrounded by the beautifully maintained complex. The location of the townhouse is excellent, as you are just a minute from the common indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym, and a few minutes walk from the resort bistro. Hey! Please note that around the house there are several constructions still in progress in the Bayview Village area.
The noise is minimal, but there will be some from time to time. On the resort you will find an essential spa, a fully equipped gym, a large indoor swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a sauna and a hammam.
A golf course and several restaurants. Lagos is the ideal destination for holidays with a lively historic centre filled with shops, (super)markets, bars and restaurants.
It is known for its breathtaking cliffs, and we highly recommend a boat trip, kayak or SUP to see them from the water.
The city has a picturesque historic centre, excellent cuisine and friendly residents.
It is located on the coast.
You can practice several nautical activities such as surfing and sailing.
There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this region. You can reach Lagos in about an hour by car from Faro Airport and car rental is available in the airport parking lot. By train, it will take about 2h30 to 3h. Lagos has a train station (for trips to Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for trips to the west of the south coast), but know that buses and trains only travel a few times a day. You can easily move without a car, and there are many taxis and Ubers available, but if you want to explore the area around Lagos, one (rent car) will make life much easier. Time of arrival: 16:00 - 21:00. The arrival after 21:00 must be confirmed before booking and results in a surcharge of 30 euros.
Registration after 23:00 will result in a surcharge of 50 euros.
Please note that the deadline is midnight. Time of departure : before 10am i SEF REQUIREMENTS: All owners in Portugal are required to report tourist and guest information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). To meet this legal requirement, we will send you a link to our SEF form that you will have to complete and return to us before your arrival.
This procedure is mandatory. A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
