We welcome you to stay in Norton Cottage, our beautifully refurbished, modern Cotswold townhouse set in the heart of the vibrant market town of Chipping Norton!
Perfectly located just steps from the bustling high street, this stylish retreat sleeps up to six guests across three spacious bedrooms, with a family bathroom, master bedroom en-suite, and downstairs WC. Two private parking spaces are conveniently located in a secure car park directly behind the property.
Inside, Norton Cottage combines classic Cotswold charm with modern comfort. Recently redecorated in soothing pastel tones, it features plush comfortable beds, a Google Nest heating system, and chic, thoughtfully chosen décor that creates a cosy, contemporary feel throughout.
At the rear of the property, you`ll find a charming garden room - ideal for storing muddy boots after a countryside walk or unwinding with a sunset drink. A small, enclosed courtyard patio offers outdoor dining for six, perfect for al fresco meals or morning coffees.
The snug living room hosts comfortable seating for six, a state-of-the-art smart TV, and a relaxed dining area - perfect for family dinners or cosy nights in.
The kitchen, while compact, is cleverly designed and fully equipped with brand-new oven, smart induction hob, and high-quality Smeg appliances. Whether you`re preparing a quick breakfast or a full family feast, you`ll find everything you need for effortless cooking in style.
While the lively high street is just a short stroll away, offering fantastic shops, pubs, and restaurants, the cottage maintains a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere - many guests note the convenience without a huge amount of noise.
Whether you`re planning a family holiday, a romantic getaway, or a group retreat, Norton Cottage is the ideal base to explore the best of the Cotswolds and its picturesque surrounding villages. With its welcoming atmosphere and cosy living area, it’s equally suited to a small family with children, a group of four looking for extra space, or even six adults seeking a stylish and well-located escape.
**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**
