Proximity to party venue
Nothing, but didn’t realise it was a room in someone’s private apartment. All good though. It was secure, clean & very pleasant

Owner was super nice and very accommodating with our change of schedule (due to train issues). Place was clean. No A/C (that we were aware of), which we opened the window. Unfortunately, it was a Friday night and the people outside were a bit loud for awhile (not the owner’s fault). The only downsid...
