Chynoweth is a detached house, set back from the West Pentire Road between Crantock Village and West Pentire on the sea side.
It is in an outstanding position with fantastic sea views over Crantock Bay and beyond.
The house is large, light and airy with plenty of space, and with two downstairs bedrooms complete with ensuite shower rooms, this house is ideal for parties who have guests who prefer not to go upstairs. Chynoweth is a five minute walk from Crantock beach and Polly Joke beach, making it a haven for family groups or keen surfers.
A few minutes walk away is the Bowgie Inn, serving food and drink with the same fantastic view, and Crantock village is only five minute walk away in the opposite direction, where there are two more pubs, a Londis grocery store, Post Office and other village attractions.
Chynoweth boasts a large garden, perfect for dogs to explore.
The gardens are surrounded by Cornish hedges which the owners would like to point out that these type of hedges may not deter determined dogs who may be keen to go adventuring beyond the hedges! Chynoweth is the perfect escape for your Cornwall break away.

In addition to this there is a front garden with parking, grassed and paved area, not enclosed. Access via front door and dining room.
There is a West facing courtyard garden with access from the dining room, front and rear gardens.
