We offer to the tourist rental a two-storey villa with a swimming pool and a large green space 400 meters from the sea. The villa consists of two living rooms, three bedrooms, a separate kitchen, three bathrooms, a glass terrace, a balcony, two solariums.
The house has everything you need to live and entertain yourself: furniture, appliances (including coffee maker), dishes, sheets and towels.
Central air conditioning, Spanish TV, Wireless Internet.
The area has a well developed infrastructure: 200 metres away is the supermarket "Consum", the nearest café is 50 metres away.
The sea is 400 meters away, but the beach of Los Locos itself is about 650 meters away.
Possibility of accommodation - up to 7 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only in open spaces! Check-in at the property from 15:00 to 19:00. Departure from 09:00 to 11:00. Registration or departure outside business/office hours on Sundays, weekends and public holidays is subject to a surcharge of EUR 20. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9am to 7pm, Saturday from 10am to 3pm, Sunday - closed. Further information: Private pool Optional services to pay on site and to book before your arrival : .
