XUHINXAHAREA is a semi-detached house, not overlooked, located on the heights of the village of Banca, 800m from the village center.
The cottage is arranged over 3 levels.
On the ground floor: - a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, 2-burner gas hob, 2-burner induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave), a lounge area with an inset fireplace - a utility room (washing machine) - a toilet On the 1st floor: - a large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) - a shower room/toilet On the 2nd floor: - 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds (90cm) - a bathroom - a toilet Electric heating is included.
Air conditioning is available in the living room.
Firewood is available at an extra cost.
Covered terrace with beautiful mountain views, garden furniture and barbecue.

Wi-Fi internet access.
XUHINXAHAREA is an ideal base for exploring the Aldudes Valley and hiking the trails of the Basque mountains.
The gîte is 20 minutes from the citadel of St Jean-Pied-de-Port.
The Nive River also offers opportunities for whitewater sports (rafting, etc.).
You can combine relaxation with sporting activities.

Très beau gîte parfaitement situé face aux montagnes, très bien aménagé et confortable. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et réactifs. Les attentions ont été très appréciées ainsi que les jeux mis à disposition pour les enfants. Nous reviendrons, merci pour tout !

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Présentation des lieus très complète et bons conseils sur les possibilités d’activités et approvisionnements de tous ordres. Le chalet est bien fonctionnel pour 3 couples et surtout particulièrement propre. On espère y revenir une prochaine fois.

Le gîte est très bien situé, dans la nature, avec de nombreuses randonnées accessibles.Il dispose de tout le confort pour héberger une famille avec des enfants, même en bas âge. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse de notre hôte, qui atout fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Je recommande vivement.
