Soak in breathtaking views over Bantry Bay from our cosy garden yurt—an intimate retreat made for either couples or self connection. Once a yoga space, it’s filled with calming energy, soft lighting, and a crackling stove. Surrounded by nature, with birdsong by day and stars by night, it’s the perfect place to reconnect. Private yet close to Bantry town, this peaceful haven offers unforgettable moments with sea views at its heart. It's a magical space to reconnect, relax and just be.
The space
The yurt is in my back garden, nestled amongst apple trees and native Irish trees. I have four dogs that are sociable and love people.
I also have another cabin that I rent on the property on Airbnb. Please park in the car park inside the gate to the left & try not park any other car in if possible. Three cars can comfortably park alongside each other facing the poly tunnels.
I live in the cottage with my dogs and family. I am an artist & musician and homemaker so I'm usually about the place.
Please arrive before 8pm if possible so I can show you about the yurt & garden a little. You're welcome to explore about the garden. It's wild & wonderful and we are constantly working to maintain it and only adhere to organic growing and products about our property.
Please be environmentally & digitally conscious as best you can when on the property.

The yurt door is open. No key is necessary. The area is so safe and quiet so please make your way into the yurt.
Car parking is available in the car park inside the gate to the left.
Make your way down the back of the cottage and you will see the yurt down below in the garden. Make your way along the little path to the yurt & enjoy.
Other things to note
I am an earring maker, face yoga teacher, musician and Mother. My work is based around nature, human kindness and respect. My partner Oscar is a tree surgeon and vintage mechanic.
We run a busy family home somedays so it's likely you may hear the operations of family life happening nearby or children playing in the garden.
The dogs are very sociable and friendly. If you are not a dog person then please let me know so I can do my best to make you feel comfortable here. A lot of guests have really enjoyed the dog aspect of our home. They're all very sweet.
We look forward to having you here and enjoy the magic & cosy'ness of the yurt.
