A state-of-the-art 85" smart TV and Sonos sound system throughout the house bring entertainment and atmosphere. Behind the lounge area is a stylish dining table for six and a sleek kitchen island with bar stools for two. The kitchen is equipped with high-spec, modern appliances throughout - everything you’d expect from a home of this quality.
A separate utility room houses a large fridge freezer and additional storage whilst ultra-fast fibre broadband is available throughout the house for reliable connectivity. Vast sliding glass doors lead out to a beautiful, elevated deck with soft seating and arguably, one of the finest views on the Llŷn Peninsula. Woodcroft, a single-storey house, consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, wine cooler, kettle, toaster, Tassimo Coffee Machine, breakfast bar for 2 and dining table for 6, a utility with fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer, a sitting room with two sofas, armchair, wall-mounted smart TV, Bluetooth speakers and massive glass bifolding doors, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, double and twin. There is a bathroom with freestanding bath, walk-in shower, double basin, and heated towel rail and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an Upper Terrace area with sun loungers, sofa and amazing sea views and a Front Deck with furniture and amazing sea views. There is off-road parking for two cars.
