Bedroom 2 (Queen): Cosy and inviting with a queen bed, bedside lamps, and storage — perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Bedroom 3 (Queen): Another generous room with simple décor and practical storage, giving you everything you need for a restful night. Bedroom 4 (Single): A compact but cheerful room with a single bed, mirror, and shelving — ideal for solo use. Bedroom 5 (Single): Light and practical, set up with a single bed and essentials for a good night’s sleep. Bathrooms Main Bathroom: A modern space with a bath, overhead shower, sink, and WC. Fresh towels are provided. Additional WC: Extra convenience for larger groups. Living & Dining Living Room: A generous corner sofa with soft cushions and a TV — perfect for relaxing together in the evenings. Dining Room: Stylish six-seater table with modern chairs, great for shared meals or catching up after the day. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the essentials for home cooking. Parking On-street parking available. Pets One pet is welcome. Location With shops, takeaways, and local services within easy reach.
Darlington town centre and main road links are close by, making this a convenient base whether you’re here for work or visiting family. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll.

Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
