A modern shower room completes the interior, featuring a cubicle, basin, and WC. With a Smart TV, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen, with electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, and microwave, this lodge combines contemporary comfort with a superb location. Step outside to your private terrace, where seating invites you to relax and take in the views.
Parking is convenient, with an allocated space right next to the lodge and additional spaces available on-site for a small fee. EV charging points are provided on the park (payable via app), ensuring eco-friendly travel is simple. Hook Farm is just a short walk from the charming village of Uplyme, home to the popular Talbot Arms pub, a small post office and shop, and a traditional village church.

Avalon is a wonderful single-storey lodge located on a well maintained site in Uplyme, Nr Lyme Regis. Consisting of an open-plan living area with a Smart TV, and a kitchen with amenities including a fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. The bedrooms consist of a double and a small twin room, serviced by a family shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, and a decking with furniture and views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Well-stocked on-site shop. Note: this property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 200GBP
