Nestled in the hamlet of Draycot Cerne on the edge of the wonderful Cotswold AONB and within striking distance of the market town of Malmesbury is the superb Wiltshire Weavers Hut, set on a 20-acre working farm.
This cosy, rustic retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and countryside tranquillity, making it an ideal getaway for those seeking peace and relaxation.
The hut provides an authentic experience of rural life while offering modern amenities for a comfortable stay.
The hut is accessible via a charming wooden walkway and offers genuine seclusion and quiet, yet is a short drive from the M4.
This beautifully crafted hut has a massive picture window which perfectly frames our farmland, allowing you to watch the livestock and local wildlife right from the comfort of the hut.
The hut has a folding table and chairs, adorned with sheepskin rugs, which offer a perfect spot for an intimate meal or a glass of wine before you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep in the elevated double bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen area featuring rich wooden worktops, a traditional farmhouse-style sink, a stovetop, a multi-oven and handcrafted cabinets.

An ideal spot for al fresco dining, enjoying the rural vista or roasting marshmallows on the fire pit.
Whilst staying here, you and your loved ones are welcome to meet the resident lambs, calves, piglets, rheas, peacocks and alpacas.
We have private parking at the bottom of the ramp for your use.
We provide wood, matches and kindling for the fire and firepit, should you wish to use them.
If you need to empty the ash during your stay, please empty the ash into the small metal bucket.
To keep you busy whilst here, venture into the town of Malmesbury where you will find lovely shops and cafes or choose to walk one of the magnitude of paths within the Cotswolds and North Wessex Downs AONB.
Attractions to suit a group of all ages and tastes, some of which include the historical properties of Avebury Manor and Middlewick House.
Alternatively, explore the delights of the city of Bath, boasting some of the finest shops in the country, awaiting to be discovered, as well as Georgian architecture playing backdrop to a wealth of fine-dining restaurants and cosy bistros.
Whilst here, look forward to dipping into the Thermae Bath Spa, which contains the only natural thermal hot springs in Britain or immerse yourself in the city’s history by exploring the collection of museums and galleries.

Wiltshire Weavers Hut is a single-storey shepherd's hut with a kitchen including a two-ring hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. There is one double bed and an external shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front gravelled area with furniture, a fire pit and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet welcome on request. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Wiltshire Weavers Hut is a delightful countryside retreat for couples. Note: Alpacas in field across property. Note: Dogs to be kept on leads at all times due to livestock.
