We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Perivale Underground Station on the Central Line is just a 10-minute walk away, providing direct access to Oxford Circus and central London in around 25 minutes.
Greenford Station, also nearby, connects to both the Central Line and National Rail services.
Frequent bus routes run to Ealing, Wembley, and Greenford, while street parking is available nearby for guests travelling by car. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Stools from the bedroom can be used as extra dining chairs to accommodate 6 guests. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

A private terrace with outdoor table and chairs provides a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation, and the apartment also includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure a stress-free and comfortable stay.

Although the noise from the building works right next door was a bit of a nuisance, it was a great place for a long-term stay.
