This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Sernancelhe offers several natural and cultural attractions for visitors to explore. Just 500 meters from the property, you'll find an unsupervised river beach, ideal for a refreshing dip. If you prefer a guarded river beach, there is one 2 km away and another 6 km away. For nature lovers, the Távora Walkways offer scenic walks along the river. THE HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL!!! But very big, it had two floors to be able to heat it with two electric radiators. The terrace is ideal and the beds are cosy. For breakfast it is more difficult to find places in that area, but for lunch and dinner there are several restaurants in nearby villages that are great. But that's just it!

We would recommend this house without hesitation. It was perfect for our family holiday: comfortable, well-equipped and a lovely place to stay. We had a brilliant time there and wouldn’t hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises.
