Inside, the spacious house features a cosy sitting room with comfortable seating arranged around the electric wood-burning stove and TV. The well-equipped dining kitchen has everything needed to prepare hearty home-cooked meals, including a gas Rangemaster with electric double oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

A second sitting room provides an ideal retreat for children to watch TV or for anyone seeking a quiet corner with a good book.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely spacious cottage. \r\n\r\nThe cottage was larger than anticipated and has plenty of space for 5 adults. The large garden was an added bonus. \r\n\r\nThe cottage had everything we needed for a weeks stay and is perfectly situated on the edge of Hawkshead, only a couple of minutes walk to plenty of pubs and shops.
