This charming one-bedroom apartment is located on the 11th floor of the Ponderosa building, right in the heart of Playa de Las Américas, one of the most dynamic and sought-after areas in the south of Tenerife.
It is an ideal space to comfortably accommodate up to three people, offering a perfect combination of spaciousness, brightness, and spectacular sea views that enhance every moment of your stay. The apartment features a large and cozy bedroom designed to ensure optimal rest, a full bathroom, and a spacious living room perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the island.
From the living room, you have direct access to a generous balcony where you can enjoy an impressive panoramic view of the ocean—a perfect spot for peaceful breakfasts, unforgettable sunsets, or simply unwinding while enjoying the sea breeze. Thanks to its excellent location, you can walk to the beach and easily access a wide variety of services and leisure options.
In the surrounding area, you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, and car rental companies, as well as several free parking spaces.
The area is very well connected, with inexpensive taxis and excellent public transport links that make getting around easy.
The apartment is located 1.5 km from Aqualand and 1.6 km from Siam Park, two of the island’s most famous water parks, and just 18 km from Tenerife South Airport, making arrival especially convenient. Check-in and check-out times are flexible whenever possible and can be arranged in advance to suit the needs of guests.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after 22:30.
In the event of lost keys, a fee of 100 euros will be charged to cover the replacement of the lock. Please note that the community is currently carrying out exterior renovation work on the building, and there is no exact completion date available at this time.
Additionally, one of the two pools in the complex will remain closed for improvement and maintenance work from September 24th to November 30th.
