A bright and spacious open-plan area with underfloor heating and full-height bi-fold doors opening directly onto the garden.

Fully equipped with a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (original) dishwasher, fridge freezer, and a large island with seating for three.
Living area with sofa and armchair seating for 5, Smart TV, and an electric feature fireplace.
Dining area with table and chairs seating six to eight guests.
Utility Room
Includes a washing machine and independent garden access.
Dog towels, bowls, and treats are provided. Popcorn machine, air fryer and additional baking / mixers. Kids' Play Room Desk area and chair. Small, quiet room (screen free) rug area, dress up, baskets of toys, sensory lighting, books, teddies.
High chair and Travel cot. TV Lounge / Snug A dedicated cinema-style room featuring a 65-inch screen, a large corner sofa and day seat capacity 5/6 Master Bedroom King-size bed (sleeps 2) En-suite shower room Walk-in dressing room with wardrobes.
Also doubles as a kids' family room / sleeping area: Optional: Child's pull-out bed (z bed decent mattress max 14yrs) Childs chair / floor bed available (can be located snugly in the dressing room or in the bedroom area) or sitting rooms.
Max age 8 years old. Extra beds £50 each.

Immaculate, beautiful property with plenty of space and a lovely hot tub. Every wish was catered for! Very dog friendly so our furry friend had an equally epic time.
