Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, situated approximately 500 metres from the beach.
It measures 134 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Situated on the 5th and top floor of the block (with a lift), it comprises a lovely living area with a fully fitted kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms (with either a shower or a bath). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included: we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A spacious living area with a TV, armchairs and a fully equipped kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room (with shower and toilet) - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom (with bath and toilet) - Bedroom 3: fitted with a king-size bed (180×200) and an en-suite shower room (with shower and toilet) - A separate toilet All rooms open onto a terrace offering views of the sea (living room, one bedroom) or the mountains (two bedrooms). For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: A 250 m² green roof terrace, fully equipped (summer kitchen, garden furniture, sun loungers) The flat is ideally situated in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. Activities: - Beaulieu beach is 500 m away - Visits to nearby towns: Monaco, Nice, Cannes… - Water sports: stand-up paddleboarding, snorkelling, jet skiing… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the underground garage (one medium-sized vehicle) - Nearest railway station: Beaulieu-sur-Mer, approximately 200 m away (Nice and Monaco are 3 stops away) - Nearest airport: Nice, approximately 30 minutes’ drive away Other information: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - All rooms are air-conditioned - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
