Find all the comfort and luxury in this great 2 floor apartment situated at the resort Baia da Luz in the popular beach town Praia da Luz. Architecturally, the resort was designed with Arab influences, in a Roman style, being divided into 3 buildings, which form a pleasant feeling of an inner village.
The apartment is divided in two floors.
On the entrance floor you will find the living area and fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom.
All a high quality finish, with modern equipment and accessories, including TV, AC in all the rooms, electric window locking system.
Giving access to a big private balcony in front and a semi shared terrace on the back. On the second floor you will find a big space with a queensize bed and storage room. ➤ Please Note! From Oct 28th until April 1st, exterior paint works for all buildings in our condominium are planned.
We don't expect a significant disruption for our property from these works, but want to be upfront about it ## Access The apartment is all yours during your stay. ★ Privacy and space ★ Fully equipped kitchen ★ Private terrace on front, shared terrace area on the back with view on the pool ★ Wifi and television ★ 1 Set of Linen and towels per guest are provided The leisure areas are set amongst stunning gardens and include: ★ two large pools & 1 children's pool (shared and heated) ★ Playground area ★ Tennis court & Multipurpose sports field ★ 24-hour reception ★ The resort is open all year ★ The adult swimming pool is heated all year ★ The baby and family pool are heated from May to October.
Despite not heated, they are open and can be used The Italian Alloro restaurant enjoys a view over the pool, leisure, and garden areas.
For those interested in Golf, there are 4 Golf courses nearby, in the space of 5 to 20 minutes by car. ➤ We usually welcome families with children or responsible adults because the apartment is part of a quiet condominium with lots of residential owners. ➤ Parties and other disturbances are not accepted. Praia da Luz or just Luz, was originally a small fishing village on the edge of sandy bay surrounded by cliffs.
This sandy bay sheltered by cliffs means it’s a perfect family beach destination.
Although the town is now more of a holiday resort it still retains some of the original features from its historical past.
The bigger town Lagos is less than 10 minutes' drive away and in the other direction, you will find many small beach towns and breathtaking beaches.
Perfect for family, beach and watersport (surf) trips. Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical center full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants.
It is known for its breathtaking cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water.
The town has a picturesque historical center, great food and friendly people.
As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing.
There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area. ## Transit You can reach Lagos in about one hour by car from Faro Airport and car rental is available in the parking lot of the airport.
By train it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours.
You can walk into town and the beach from the apartment Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast) but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can easily get around without a car and there are plenty of taxis and Ubers available, but if you really want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier. ## Notes ➤ Check-in time: 16:00-22:00 (late arrival possible in consultation) ➤ Check-out time: before 10:00 ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS.

Qualidade do apartamento, os seus equipamentos todo o espaço em si. A proximidade com a piscina e a zona envolvente.
Negative:
O condomínio está em obras. Tínhamos andaimes em frente a uma das varandas e a piscina das crianças estava fechada o que fazia que a outra piscina ficasse superlotada e barulhenta.
