The 200-year-old property has been sympathetically refurbished, retaining many original features that complement the bright, modern interiors.
Ideal for a group of friends or two families holidaying together, the house can also accommodate up to two additional children on fold-up beds by prior arrangement.
With pubs, cafés, and independent shops just a short walk away, and countryside walks starting from the doorstep, guests can enjoy the area without needing to move the car from the private parking area. The cottage is kept warm and cosy with central heating and a wood-burning stove.
The lounge features comfortable seating arranged around a Smart TV and wood-burning stove, making it the perfect place to unwind with a book after a day outdoors.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for preparing family meals, with an electric Rangemaster cooker, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.
A separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. After dinner, linger in the dining room to plan the next day’s adventure or enjoy a family games night with the selection of games provided.
A convenient downstairs shower room completes the ground floor. Upstairs, there are four generously sized bedrooms offering a restful night’s sleep.

A discount of 15% is offered for groups of less than 6 people.
If booked for 6 people the bunk bedroom will be locked and not accessible.
