New 2-bedroom apartment, facing the sea, peaceful, with panoramic ocean views, located on the 1st floor of a high-end villa (ground floor not rented, rarely occupied as a second home).
The “Ajonc Jaune” apartment offers about 35 m²: a large bedroom with a 140x200 double bed and sea view, a small bedroom with a 140x200 double bed, a kitchen with sea view, dining area, and a two-seater sofa.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, cooktop, hood, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.
Ideal for families with children.
Sleeps 4 adults (but the 9 m² kitchen is compact—3 adults are more comfortable).
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be ordered from the concierge, available for an extra fee.
