Located 50 meters from the sea, a short walk from the beaches and the town of Saint-Michel (church, markets, delicatessen, bakery, cinema, biscuit shop, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, newsstand, café-bar, and restaurants), at the end of a one-way street, in the quiet of a small private lane, "Les Mimosas" is a unique pair of houses totaling over 110 m², accommodating up to 8 adults and 3 children.
The main house features fiber optic Wi-Fi and comprises an entrance hall with closets, a separate shower room, and a recent semi-open kitchen equipped with all the appliances you need to feel at home (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle).
The TV lounge and dining room have a pellet stove (pellets provided) and reversible air conditioning.
Two ground-floor bedrooms, one with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and the other with two double beds (140x190), along with a separate toilet, complete this house.
Accessed from the outside, the second house has a living area with a small kitchenette, a wood-burning fireplace insert, and a large table that can be converted into a billiard or ping-pong table, able to accommodate all guests for meals.
A separate toilet completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, accessed from the outside via a troglodyte-style door, you will find two attic bedrooms: a first walkthrough bedroom with a double bed (140x190), followed by a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a single bed (90x190), and its own shower room with a toilet.
Outside, enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue for summer evenings.
For maximum comfort, you will have access to a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and a travel cot.
You can secure your bikes or park up to 2 cars in the property's parking area; additional free public parking is available on the street, in front of the rental.
