The City of Scottsdale takes noise complaints very seriously, and violations may result in fines or removal of this listing from hosting platforms.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
For safety and compliance, the home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera, used only to verify occupancy, monitor disturbances, and respond to emergencies.
The property may also include a Minut noise monitoring system, which tracks decibel levels but does not record audio or conversations, ensuring guest privacy while protecting neighborhood peace.
