This villa of approximately 250m², accommodating up to 15 people, is divided into two sections:
The first level, on the garden level, overlooks the swimming pool and offers:
- A spacious living area with a relaxation corner and an open-plan, fully equipped summer kitchen: ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, freezer - A utility room with a washing machine, clotheslines and a clothesline at the rear of the house, an iron and ironing board - A wardrobe with board games

- One bedroom with a double bed (160cm or 280cm) - One bedroom with a double bed (140cm) - One dormitory with five single beds (90cm), including two bunk beds, with an en-suite shower room and WC.
The second level on the first floor offers a spacious entrance leading to a bright, open-plan living/dining room with a sofa and TV, opening onto a west-facing terrace.
A separate kitchen includes a gas cooker (hob and oven), fridge/freezer, electric griddle, and coffee maker – ideal for breakfasts and aperitifs. Sleeping area: - One bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and wardrobe, opening onto a balcony with an en-suite shower and sink; - One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) or two single beds (80cm), with a balcony and wardrobe; - One bedroom with two single beds (80cm) or a queen-size bed (160cm) and a double wardrobe. Bathroom with washbasins; Separate WC with hand basin. Swimming pool (14m x 6m) with a gentle slope in the middle (1.50m max) and a diving well in the other half (3.80m), secured by barriers all around. 1500m² wooded grounds with a 14m x 6m swimming pool secured by barriers - On-site parking.
