Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted. Each guest will be asked to send the photo of the National ID card/Passport/Driving licence before check in. This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived. If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee. If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.
