It has a king-size bedroom, a ground-floor twin, a twin, and a single, plus a bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC and a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside is a garden with patio, lawn, decking, furniture and barbecue and parking for two cars. One well‑behaved pet is welcome. No smoking.
