One-bedroom detached cottage with stunning sea views over the marshes.. Ground Floor:

First Floor:
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.

Please note: There are 5 steps in the garden.. A lovely traditional detached Norfolk cottage, within it is own established gardens affording a fair degree of privacy and space. Stunning Views from the cottage over Salthouse marshes and on to the sea beyond. This cottage has been sympathetically modernised, offering a basic but comfortable interior, having a dining kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor along with a living room, complete with log burner, overlooking the garden.
On the first floor there is a spacious double bedroom, with landing area and ensuite toilet. Located in the highly sought after coastal village of Salthouse, which has one of North Norfolk’s best gastro pubs, which was recently listed in the Top 100 UK pubs for healthier food options.
There is also a village shop/deli, and a seasonal restaurant. Walk over the expanses of marshland with its reeds and waterways to Salthouse Beach.
A few miles along the coast road will take you to Cley, Blakeney and then the huge sandy beaches at Wells and Holkham.
