Located on the first floor of our house, it offers peace and independence.
Our discreet grandmother lives on the ground floor and respects guests' tranquillity. - Spacious, fully equipped apartment - Peaceful first-floor location - Close to Loire Valley attractions Outdoors: in fine weather, make the most of your private swimming pool and the house terrace — perfect for sharing a meal, relaxing with a book or soaking up the sunshine in peaceful surroundings. Living areas : A cosy relaxation room for reading, playing or simply unwinding.
Comfortable air-conditioned living room with TV. Fully equipped kitchen to cook like at home, including Nespresso and Tassimo machines, filter coffee maker, oven, microwave, induction hobs and dishwasher.
Washing machine, drying rack and ironing board are available on the ground floor in the utility room. - Two double bedrooms: one air-conditioned, one with a fan. - Bathroom with shower and toilet. - Separate WC. This apartment enjoys an ideal location: just 3 minutes from shops (bakery, grocery, tobacconist, petrol station, pharmacy, post office), 5 minutes from Château de Cheverny, 15 minutes from Château de Chambord, 15–20 minutes to Blois city centre and about 35 minutes to ZooParc de Beauval.

We stayed for 2 nights here. They were wonderful to us the whole time! They even drove us down to a great restaurant to make reservations for dinner, and then stopped at a Market so we could buy groceries!!! Absolutely wonderful, friendly and the apartment was very clean and comfortable!!! Merci Beaucoup!!! 🤗❤️

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à trois dans cet immense appartement ! L'hébergement était parfaitement équipé, impeccable et idéalement situé pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire. L'accueil de notre hôte était chaleureux et ses deux petits chiens adorables. Nous recommandons, pour sûr !
