Welcome to this stunning villa of 180 m², the perfect holiday destination for friends and family.
You will be enchanted by the private pool and the large outdoor area. - Private swimming pool, open from November 10th to April 10th - Huge garden of 1500 m² with sun terrace and barbecue - Ideal for up to 13 guests with 5 bedrooms in total. Exterior : Outside, you will find a magnificent private pool, open from November 10th to April 10th, surrounded by sun loungers where you can soak up the sun. The garden extends over 1500 m², perfect for play and relaxation.
There is also an outdoor shower and toilet near the pool, along with a plancha for delicious barbecue meals.
The terrace and outdoor furniture provide a lovely spot to enjoy meals al fresco with views of the garden. Living areas : The villa boasts large and inviting common areas flooded with natural light.
There is a comfortable living room with a sofa and TV, ideal for relaxing evenings.
The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, with everything you need for appetizers and large meals.
Add a desk if you need to work during your stay. nous sommes venus passes 2 nuits dans ce logement a l'occasion d'un congrès au Cap d'Agde. Nous étions 13 adultes. La maison est spacieuse. vu la date du séjour nous n'avons pas pu profiter des aménagements extérieurs ( piscine et terrasse) et a ceci c'est rajouté un épisode cévenol.

Una estancia corta en una villa de ensueño.
Lo mejor fue el trato de la gobernanta y su familia , un recibimiento de 10.
Los jardines, las vistas al mar, la piscina y cocina exterior sin duda son lo mejor de esta villa. Muchas gracias por recibirnos y sin duda recomendaremos o repetiremos si volvemos en Agde.

Mme Djabi a été très accueillante, arrangeante et sympathique, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison pour un evjf, la maison est très belle et la vue est à couper le souffle!
