On the ground floor, a large, bright living room with direct access to the terrace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island, a toilet, and access to the basement for a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms with storage.
One bedroom (queen-size bed) with an en-suite shower room, double vanity, dressing room, and access to the terrace.
Another bedroom (queen-size bed) with a wardrobe and access to the terrace.
A third bedroom with a double bed and partial sea view.
A bathroom with double vanity and bathtub. The entire villa features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a garden, a private swimming pool, and a parking space. ## Access The host will do their best to welcome you directly upon your arrival between 4 pm and 6 pm. Check-out is between 8 am and 10 am. For late arrivals or early departures, you will need to collect or return the keys to a secure key box located in the black cupboard to the left of the entrance door to the LOGEAZUR IMMOBILIER agency office - 32, Boulevard Albert 1er "Le Splendid" - 06600 ANTIBES. The key box access code will be provided to you before your arrival. ## Interaction The LOGEAZUR agency will be available to assist you throughout your stay. ## Neighborhood Antibes is located on the Mediterranean coast. The villa enjoys a peaceful, green setting while remaining close to: • Antibes city center • Juan-les-Pins beaches • Shops and restaurants • Quick access to Cannes and Nice ## Transportation By Car: - Nice Airport: 20 minutes - Beaches: 10 minutes - Shops: 5 minutes - Antibes/Juan-les-Pins city center: 10 minutes By Bus: - Beaches: 15-20 minutes - Shops: 10-15 minutes - Antibes/Juan-les-Pins city center: 10-15 minutes ## Notes Linens provided (sheets and towels) If you would like an additional linen kit, please contact us. Please note that this is not a hotel service but rather the provision of private, non-professional accommodation.
Therefore, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, dish soap, and other toiletries are not provided.

30m walk 10min drive to the beaches and restaurants antibes old town was fantastic.
The villa is lovely and modern - few issues - there wasnt enough cutlery or somtuing to cut french bread with!!! I just think it would have been nice to have the right tools…. It didnt phase us too much obviously. T...
