The Willows is a large 5 bedroom property in a prime spot in Wroxham on the banks of the River Bure.
This is a truly fantastic place to spend your holidays with plenty of space for all the family.
A huge garden front and back for everyone to enjoy, The Willows really does offer everything you could want.
Just sit back, relax and watch the world go by………. What could be better? STRICTLY a no smoking property.

Parents beware, this garden has unfenced river frontage children must be supervised at all times. The owners boat is kept in the boat shed, the owners access to this however this will not affect your stay (this boat is for owners use only not for rental). Ground Floor – Master bedroom with King Size bed, pull out sofa bed for children if needed and en-suite bathroom with bath and large separate walk-in shower Separate family bathroom bath and separate shower Utility room including a washing machine Double or twin bedroom and another bedroom with double bed 1st Floor – Large open plan lounge with fabulous river views.

Large flat screen TV with Freeview and NowTV box for any catch up TV you might miss.
Ottoman has various games inside so don’t forget to take a peek Free Wifi Large fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons (toaster, kettle, microwave, gas hob with electric range oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) Open plan kitchen & dining with great river views Snug with sofa TV & DVD player WC Access to the balcony and table and chairs for those morning coffees in the sun Property has a high chair and a travel cot (please bring your own bedding for the cot) 2nd Floor – two further bedrooms Family bathroom with separate bath and large walk in shower Bed linen and towels are provided.
