On the banks of the river Bure in Wroxham come across this gorgeous upside down house with stunning river views.
This property is situated between the main River Bure and Wroxham Broad so water in every direction. It’s an upside down house so all of the living accommodation is upstairs with the bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs.
The upstairs living area is accessed by a metal spiral staircase (be careful with small children) that opens up into the high vaulted ceilings and open plan living area with fabulous views of the river and all of the river traffic going by including the local wildlife.
There is a balcony on the side of the property with views over Wroxham Broad. The master bedroom is unique in itself, imagine waking up to those patio doors that surround the bed in the morning with the sun streaming in, open them up and listen to the calming sound of the river and its residents.
I’m not sure there is anything more perfect whilst you on are on holiday, let’s hope the kids don’t get to you first !! The property also benefits from a large decked area for those lazy bbq’s in the garden and a boat dock which is suitable for the storage of a day boat* (if you intend to explore the Broads further). At night you can sit outside on the decking and enjoy listening to the night calls of the wildlife, feeling like you are on the edge of the wilderness with the added benefit of river fishing from your own private garden (in season, licence required). The beautifully light and spacious property is the perfect get together house. *Boat not included within hire of property STRICTLY a no smoking property.

Sleeps 6 -Beautiful cottage with panoramic windows on the main river Bure in Wroxham and also of Wroxham Broad. The views from this upside down house of the river and the Broad are amazing.
