End of terrace and overlooking a large basin and out over the main river and the comings and goings of everyday life on the river.
The perfect escape for a couple it offers the peace and quiet we all desire and is just a short walk back into the hustle and bustle of Wroxham. River Fishing from garden in season (Mid June to mid March in accordance with required licence) STRICTLY a no smoking property.
Smoking is permitted outside ONLY please.
Electricity and gas included within the price. Please note that the owner moors their boat at the property and next door, fishing is still available from the side of the property in season. Fully fitted kitchen Fridge Microwave TV/Freeview/DVD Electric heating throughout 2 single beds in mezzanine bedroom Bathroom with shower only Free Wifi Parking for 1 car Bed linen & towels provided Well behaved pet permitted (small charge)
