Holkham Cottage on the Peninsular in Wroxham is a delightful 2 bedroom holiday cottage in the heart of Wroxham.
This cottage sits overlooking the main River Bure at Wroxham Bridge and opposite the Wroxham Hotel, you can sit on your private terrace which is gated to stop those little ones from escaping near the water and watch the comings and goings on the river. The perfect family escape it offers the peace and quiet we all desire and is just a short walk back into the hustle and bustle of Wroxham.
Sit on your decked terrace and watch the goings on of the river, there is always something to watch.
This property benefits from its own mooring for those that also would like to hire a day or simply sit on the walk way and fish. River Fishing from garden in season (mid June to mid March in accordance with required licence). 1 small well behaved pet welcome. STRICTLY a no smoking property.
