Our recently renovated Victorian school is unique, generously spacious and bright.
From the exterior, it’s a schoolhouse.
However, once inside, it’s your holiday home.
Kick back and soak in the gorgeous Victorian architecture with lashings of high-end, industrial interior design. That flat comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a large television for entertainment. Our home faces gorgeous garden views.
There’s also plenty of space for entertaining, both inside and outside of the property. The harbour town of Fowey is 100m away. **Note that this property is also available to be rented as an entire unit sleeping up to 24 guests—please see our 2 other schoolhouse listings for availability, and enquire for bigger bookings! We provide a self-check-in service.

It's a 5-minute walk down the hill into Fowey. You'll find a selection of independent shops, fresh local produce and plenty of restaurants and cafes.
You can hire a boat for £20 and travel up and down the famous Fowey waters.
The Eden Project is a short 15-minute drive away.
The property is in an extremely quiet neighbourhood—you can hear only the sound of waves crashing at night! Please be aware of this when entering and exiting the property. Loud music and other noise after 10 pm is strictly forbidden.

A comfy settee, it slopes forward and is hard to sit on. Difficult to improve but if you had a noisy group in next door it would be difficult. We heard every word of their conversation whisky we say in our lounge. I get that they are just the other side of the door. Felt a bit intrusive though, although they were not a noisy group of girls at all, which was good.

Clean well presented accommodation, check was easy and well communicated, parking was easy to find with the addition of photos to help. Good location and pet friendly, close to town with a few steep steps but you quickly get used to that. Maybe a parasol would be nice to go with the table and chairs...
