The Mindelo Metro station is 2km away, providing quick connections to Porto and other nearby destinations.
Local buses also operate regularly, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Welcome to your homely beachside haven, a 60 sq meter retreat perfect for families or friends.

We had a lovely stay: the house was clean, the bedding was good quality, and there was a lovely large garden. There were several shops nearby, such as a butcher’s, a bakery, a supermarket and so on. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood – there are CCTV cameras everywhere 😂 – and it was a really nice experience for the family. We’d definitely come back. Thank you.

Mindelo forever
: The location was fantastic, very close to the sea and the beach bars.
A comfortable house, everything was clean and there was plenty of bed linen. A comfortable sofa where the four of us could sit very comfortably.
Everything needed to keep the house clean and tidy.
The shower screen needs urgent attention, but the shower itself was very comfortable.
There was no mop.

a simple and hymple place, 5 minutes from the sea, we wanted a quiet vacation and it was a perfect base for touring the northern part of Portugal. we stayed 2 weeks, and we definitely come again
