The bedrooms include a second‑floor king-size with en‑suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC; a super‑king with en‑suite bath, hand‑held shower, walk‑in shower, heated towel rail, and WC; a double with en‑suite walk‑in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC; a twin; and a single. A bathroom with bath, walk‑in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, plus a ground‑floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC, complete the layout.
WiFi, central heating, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. A highchair, travel cot, and stairgate are available on request. Outside, a large front and rear enclosed garden with mature shrubs, patio, furniture, and a barbecue offers generous outdoor living. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away, and the beach is 0.5 miles. Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved pets welcome.

event. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North, to Fistral Beach in the centre of Newquay, and on down the coast to Chapel Porth and Gwithian. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as a host of National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants.
Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, attractions, pubs and restaurants aplenty, plus a modern cinema complex.
