• Location: Fabulous unobstructed sea view across the harbour, perfect for relaxing with your favourite tipple. It’s just a short walk to all amenities and to the lovely sandy beach with a café and water sports (charges apply on-site).

o Double-glazed and centrally heated.
o Dogs are welcome and stay free.
o The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker, grill, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a full range of cutlery, crockery and pans.
o The lounge/diner features free-standing furniture, a large flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker and dining table with chairs.
o The master bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite shower room, a TV and a wardrobe.
o One additional bedroom with twin beds and wardrobes.

• Bedding and Linens:
o Duvets and pillows are provided, but guests need to bring their own bed linen, towels, and tea towels.

• Availability: Primrose is available for hire from 2nd March to 2nd January, with discounts for longer stays during the winter months.
