Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for every guest. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and four on the upper floor. All rooms are fully equipped with independent air conditioning and heating, Smart TV, safety box, and hairdryer.

Information to take into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

We had 2 weeks there--first week with friends---good but not quite the quality for the price but 2nd week was young family so pool & toys were needed
It is a bit tired in parts--needs a new BBQ and the oven must be 20+ as no grill or temp lights and work tops well worn ---needs an update
