Set in a spot known for its rugged coastline and rich history, it’s a great base for those wanting to make the most of North Cornwall.
Step inside to find a welcoming open-plan living/dining room, with cottage windows overlooking the lush garden; a cosy spot perfect for putting your feet up after a day along the cliffs or by the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials for home cooking and features a large range cooker, making it easy to prepare hearty meals for family and friends.
The cottage also benefits from two dining tables, offering plenty of space for gathering together over long breakfasts, leisurely lunches and evening meals.
The cottage offers three beautiful bedrooms, including a king-size and two doubles, each thoughtfully furnished with luxury pocket sprung mattresses for a restful night’s sleep.
Throughout the property, guests will discover characterful low beams and original cottage features, adding to its historic charm.
A first-floor bathroom with a corner bath, shower over, basin and WC provides a relaxing space to unwind, while a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower adds extra convenience.
Outside, the expansive garden provides plenty of space to relax, play and soak up the peaceful surroundings, while the private patio with furniture is ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying the fresh coastal air. Kitchen with double range cooker, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Living/dining room and TV. Wifi, Air source heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road allocated parking space for a car. Fully fenced/gated garden, stone circle and private patio with furniture. 2 dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 mile, pub 0.2 miles, beach 0.6 miles. Until the end of June 2026 there is some light maintenance/plastering work at the property next door. This will be between the hours of 9am and 4pm. There is no machinery involvement but you may hear voices, apologies in advance if this happens.
