There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer, kettle and toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with sofa bed, gas fire, TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Outside, there is off-road parking for 1 car and an enclosed decking area with furniture. Gas central heating. WiFi, fuel and power in the rent. Sorry, no smoking and no Pets allowed.
