PARKING: There is no free parking available however, alternatively paid parking can be found just a few minutes away from the property.

Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards. *No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property.
If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage. *Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. *Travel Cots & High Chairs Travel cots and high chairs are available subject to availability and are charged at £10 per item per stay.
Please request these in advance of your arrival. *Stays Over 10 Nights Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra £ 108 fee per week.

Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions. Just park up, leave your car there and stroll into the beautiful city that is Chester.

Clean and as described, no major problems. Parking is 2 minutes walk and has to be paid for but only 6 maximum for a whole day. Local supermarket 3 minutes walk away. City centre 10 minutes walk so location is excellent

Everything about this property was great. There were a few minor issues. One was the metal strip keeping down the carpet leading to the small bedroom had some screws sticking up. We threw a towel over it and moved on. Had we reported it I’m sure it would have been taken care of. Also, would have lik...
