9 New Lumford is a stone-built cottage located in Bakewell, within the Peak District National Park, Derbyshire. The property offers three bedrooms comprising a king-size, a double and a bunk room. There is a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, along with a bathroom featuring a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. The cottage includes a sitting room with a gas fire and a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove. Kitchen facilities include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Gas central heating is provided, with fuel and power included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Travel cot and highchair available. Outside, there is a rear enclosed patio with furniture and a non-enclosed front patio. Off-road parking is available for three cars, and there is secure bike storage in a lockable shed.
