The nearby spa town of Malvern dates back to the Bronze Age, attracting plenty of visitors with its antique and craft fairs and auctions throughout the year, and the ancient cathedral city of Worcester, birthplace of Sir Edward Elgar is also close by. The bus terminals and train station are a few minutes walk, with a train line to London and buses to Cheltenham which is ideal for Cheltenham races.
