The Space:
25 Manleigh Park, a single-storey caravan, consists of a kitchen with electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, and kettle, a dining room, and a sitting room with TV and Wi-Fi. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed decking with furniture, plus communal picnic benches, and off-road parking for one car. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.2 miles, beach 1.1 miles. 23 Manleigh Park is a wonderful escape to Devon, whatever time of year. Note: There are four steps up to the lodge; please take care. Note: Guests have access to a shared, on-site launderette, bar and a children's play area. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Pets must be kept on leads at all times while on site. The Bar on site is closed from 11/11/25 until 15/03/26.
The Neighborhood:
At the point where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty meet, is where you'll find Combe Martin. This small seaside resort, with all of the necessary amenities, is a great attraction to locals and visitors alike. Combe Martin has a very popular beach; the sheltered cove is perfect for rock-pooling and it is a popular paddle boarding bay. The village also boasts its own Wildlife and Dinosaur Park! Combe Martin is home to the historic Earl of Rone festival held in May each year and has an annual carnival in August. This is an ideal base for touring, and discovering the delights of North Devon, with Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple all within easy reach. There are also numerous National Trust properties and gardens waiting to be enjoyed. Surfing at Woolacombe is among the best in the South West, while the South West coastal path passes within a mile. Combe Martin is a great base for enjoying a seaside getaway, with something to keep everybody entertained.
