The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath, basin and WC. Outside, there is a small patio area to the front, and a private garage to the rear of the property (accessed from the adjacent road) suitable for a standard vehicle. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Situated directly on Exmouth’s Esplanade, guests are perfectly placed to enjoy the beach, seafront walks and easy access to Exmouth Marina, which offers cafés, restaurants, a wet‑fish shop and boat trips along the Jurassic Coast. The Exe Estuary cycle route begins close by, and Exmouth town centre and the station are approximately a five‑minute level stroll. Enjoy your coastal escape to Sea Lovers at any time of the year.
