On the doorstep is the charming Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway, with Dalegarth station just a short stroll away (approx. 0.1 miles), from here, guests can enjoy a scenic steam railway journey, along with a cafe, gift shop, and afternoon tea. Step inside via the practical front porch, ideal for coats, boots and muddy paws, the sitting room offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV with streaming access, and a selection of books and games for relaxed evenings in. The kitchen/diner offers a sociable space for cooking and gathering, whether starting the day with breakfast before heading out or returning for a relaxed evening meal.
Upstairs, Dakota has two comfortable bedrooms: a super-king-size zip and link room (which can be arranged as twins on request) and a king-size bedroom, making it ideal for couples, friends or families, the ground-floor bathroom, with bath and shower over, is ideal for unwinding after a day outdoors.

Dakota is a terraced house on the outskirts of Boot, Cumbria. The accommodation comprises a sitting room with Smart TV and a selection of books, along with a kitchen/diner. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, and toaster. There are two bedrooms, including a super-king-size zip/link which can be set up as a twin on request, and a king-size bedroom. These are served by a ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. Oil central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent.
