Polview is a large detached house located in Crantock, Cornwall. The property offers five bedrooms, including a first-floor super-king-size with Juliette balcony and en-suite walk-in shower, a first-floor super-king-size zip/link with en-suite walk-in shower, and three super-king-size zip/link bedrooms which can be set up as twins on request. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC, along with a ground-floor cloakroom. The living accommodation includes an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area with seating for ten, and sitting area, a separate sitting room, a snug with TV, and a utility room. The kitchen features an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, Quooker tap, wine cooler and Nespresso coffee maker. Solar panel heating, Smart TV and WiFi are provided. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio with decking, furniture, barbecue and hot tub, along with off-road parking for three cars with EV charging. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
